The brand
Lermont is a Japanese-style medical aesthetics practice with two sister brands operating side by side in Sydney's Haymarket: Lermont Laser Clinic (anti-ageing, body contouring, laser) and Lermont Skincare (Japanese skin management, head spa). Founded by Lily, the practice has built a decade of trust on a particular promise — Japanese precision and warmth, with the equipment and protocols to back it.
By the numbers today: ten-plus years operating, twenty-plus pieces of professional equipment, twelve treatment categories, 1,700-plus clients. By the numbers next year: five clinics, beginning with Lermont Chatswood opening December 2026.
Where Lily came to us
The unit economics were unambiguous. The demand was there. The team was deep. What Lermont needed — and what Sydney's premium medical aesthetics category had not yet built — was the operational and legal scaffolding to grow from two to five without losing the standard that made the first two work.
The engagement
Lermont sits at the Network Growth phase, with a particular emphasis on capital structuring. The work:
- Intra-group licensing across the two sister brands
- Investor materials for a qualified, by-invitation intake
- The operational playbook — translated for clinical operations, not retail
- Site selection support for Lermont Chatswood
- Disclosure Document and Franchise Agreement architecture for the post-investor expansion
What's next
Lermont Chatswood opens December 2026. The structure for clinics four and five is being designed in parallel. The investor materials are being shown to a small list of qualified parties.
