Case Studies
The founders
we've built with.
Active engagements across F&B, healthcare and cross-border master franchise. Each at a different stage of the journey — system build, active intake, capital expansion, or international entry. Below is the work, in their words and ours.
Sydney · 2023
Lumina Cafe
Sydney's brunch specialist, ready to be replicated.
Lumina runs on a simple promise — good coffee, good food, good people. Three operating venues plus Broadway Shopping Centre newly joined; the franchise architecture is being built so that promise scales without dilution.
NSW & WA · 2024
Vitaland Kids Cafe
Eight venues, thirty thousand families, one playbook.
A decade in, Vitaland's indoor play-cafe model is proven across two states. We tightened the franchisee playbook and recruitment funnel to bring the next wave of partners on board — deliberately.
Sydney CBD · 2025
Lermont
Two clinics, scaling to five inside twelve months.
A Japanese-style medical aesthetics practice with two flagship Sydney CBD clinics, 1,700+ clients, and twelve treatment categories — now structuring capital and compliance for the 2 → 5 expansion.
AU & NZ · 2026
NingJi 柠季
China's №1 fresh lemon tea — entering Australia & NZ.
3,500+ stores in China, 90+ overseas signed, backed by Tencent & ByteDance. Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland trading. ABC is their AU/NZ recruitment partner.
Sydney · since 2018
Bengong's Tea 本宫的茶
Seven stores, six concept formats, one production kitchen.
Sydney's premium tea + bakery brand operates six distinct formats matched to venue type — flagship, mall, late-night, express, corporate, destination. The moat is format-tuning, not template-copying.
Sydney → QLD/SA/TAS · 2026
Uncle Joe's Malaysian
Two profitable Sydney venues — building the system for 10.
Authentic Malaysian at 4.3 stars across Newtown and Cabramatta. 12-week Phase One engagement: brand & digital marketing infrastructure + 50-page Franchise Guide + 8-dimension scoring matrix. Equity-upgrade clause aligns long-term incentives.
The pattern
Three stages of one journey.
Our brands sit across the full franchise lifecycle — from concept-stage Lumina through scaling Vitaland to international entry with NingJi. Selectivity is deliberate. We take engagements where ABC's three edges actually move the needle — Australian compliance fluency, Bowen's deal craft, Cong's chain-operator experience.
Stage I — Build. The work is feasibility, model, and documentation. Lumina is here. The first franchisee is twelve months away.
Stage II — Scale. The work is recruitment discipline, playbook refinement, and franchisee onboarding. Vitaland is here. The next ten venues will be decided by intake quality, not market size.
Stage III — Capital. The work is investor structuring, intra-group licensing, and clinical site selection. Lermont is here. The 2 → 5 expansion is funded.
If your business sits at any of these stages — and you want partner-level attention, not associate-level templates — that's the conversation we'd like to have.
Could your brand be next?
If you've built something that works and you're asking whether to franchise — that's the time to talk.
